Observation: Turnagain

Had to shovel the parking lot out, then skinned to the ridge. As we were breaking trail up the ridge, it was suggested maybe we should get a powder run in the lowers first. We could audibly hear Viking say, “You’re not going to ski from there, are you?” in disbelief. After which we were happy to put in the rest of the trail, and ski viking approved nonstop runs from the top of the low angle bowl to the hemlocks:) At the end of the day, I skied nonstop to the flats at the bottom, in honor of Eric, oh and because it’s fun:)
